Over 20 years, I have mastered the art of making plant-based food at home (and on the road!). I consider myself an expert on how to optimize health by eating high-nutrient low-calorie meals so you can focus your newly-found energy on family and home, friends and community, work and play!
I offer cooking classes and in-home consultations to help you move into plant-based nutrition for your health and vitality.
I have also been certified in food management. Sharing valuable information is pretty much what I do in every arena of my life!

Maybe make one big-batch vegan meal each week, so you can freeze half for another time. Or start by veganizing breakfast, lunch, or dinner, not all three. Or dive into 100% vegan. It's up to you.
